Fresh Ingredients
We are streamlining the path to preparing and serving not only quality food but nutrient dense food. We acquire locally-grown, fresh, organic ingredients to use in our meals. We believe an exceptional dish starts from the ground up.
Farm to Table
We support local farmers and love to use their fresh produce. With our Meet the Farmer Program, we have farmers come and interact with seniors, and we get to breathe life into the farm-to-table experience.

Creekside Dining Room
Creekside Dining Room is where residents dine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. It’s a full-service, elegant, dining room featuring an “open kitchen” with a chef’s table for enjoyment by residents and their guests. Origin is committed to the highest standard of nutrition. Enjoy delicious home-cooked meals prepared by Origin’s own talented red seal executive chef and kitchen team.
Family and friends are welcome at any time but reservations are encouraged whenever possible. Special dietary requirements are easily accommodated by our dining team.
Seasons Private Dining Room
Seasons Private Dining Room at Origin is a private dining room available for guests to book their own catered functions. Reserve a romantic candlelit ‘prix fixe’ dinner, or invite your friends and family over to celebrate a birthday or anniversary.
Mineshaft Tavern
What’s better than settling in at a neighbourhood pub for a pint of beer and a whole lotta cheer with old friends and new acquaintances? It should come as no surprise, then, that Origin at Spring Creek would be home to a neighbourhood pub all its own. Join friends or family for a lively pre or post-dinner drink in the Mineshaft Tavern or catch the Game on the big screen TV with the rest of the gang. What’s unique about this dining area at Origin is that it’s not just for our residents but for the whole community to enjoy.
The Hub Internet Cafe
Complimentary mid-morning and afternoon tea is served each day at the Hub Internet Cafe with fresh baked goods and healthy treats. With complimentary internet access, it’s a great place to relax, learn, and connect with others.
